Cash Game Jackpot Tournament Players Fight It Out For £16,000 Prize Fund

For the past 14 weeks, £1 has been added to a prize fund from certain pots in our cash games. This prize fund grew to £16,000, and the 16 players that put in the 140 hours of play to qualify, battled it out on Sunday 30th May.

It was decided before the tournament started to reward everybody taking part for averaging 10 hours a week, making sure nobody left empty handed. Each player received £450 before making their way to the salon privee for the pre-tournament buffet.

With a 10,000 starting stack and a 20 minute clock, it took 4 hours to get down to the final four players. A deal was stuck at that stage, equal chop in fact, so congratulations to Paul Wimbledon, Stan Tsang, Dan Egan and Robbie Baharian.

A fantastic evening was had by all, and as nobody walked away empty handed, players are asking us to do it again.

As from Monday 31st May till Christmas week, players need to rack up 200 hours of play in our cash games to qualify for our Christmas Jackpot Tournament. We got to £16,000 this time, you can imagine what we'll reach by Christmas.
